Changing the Game – From Concept to Commerce
Led by USC’s Marshall School of Business and School of Cinematic Arts, the University of Southern California will host its third annual Silicon Beach conference on October 7th on the USC campus. The conference features over 500 game-changers and thought leaders from Hollywood studios, technology startups, and academia. In addition, we will host the final round of the $50,000 Silicon Beach Awards venture competition (sponsored by USC’s Lloyd Greif Center for Entrepreneurial Studies) during the event. Watch some of LA’s most innovative startups compete to win up to $25,000!!
Pitch Yourself! For the first time this year, early registrants will have a chance to sign up for a very special pitch session. Participants will have one minute to pitch their startup, skills, or resources so that we can connect them with what they need: developers, marketers, mentors, money, and more.
Make: And then Make a Business The theme for this year is transforming great concepts into viable businesses. We will focus on identifying lucrative opportunities, the future of tech, monetizing digital content, and more. 2015 Event Program Coming Soon. See the 2014 Event Program here.
